Woodrow Wilson Drive snakes along the north facing ridges of the Hollywood Hills.  There is a long history of residential development along its length, including many iconic residences built for the Hollywood community from the 50’s thru the 90’s.

We have a number of homes along its length.

Four small adjacent sites were purchased for the development of two new homes.  Each of the homes has been designed to feature a mid-century influenced vocabulary with a focus on natural materials, vast amounts of glass for natural light and the integration of the interior and exterior.  These homes will also feature a large landscape/architecture blend in their use of color and integrated landscape elements.
