1434 Sycamore is located on a standard depth lot with access to an alley in back.  This is resulting in a design strategy of 2 in front and 2 in back.  The alley is underdeveloped and will not be used to access the project.  The 2 in front, 2 in back strategy provides us with an opportunity to exploit the outside corner of each unit.  This corner has been designed with significant amount of glass in order to capitalize on the available un obstructed views out of the corners of the units.
