Sweetzer Avenue is one of the boundaries that separate the City of Los Angeles from the City of West Hollywood.  Our project, a duplex condominium, is located on the City of Los Angeles side.   Designed around a central double height space, each of the lofts have  3 ldeveloped levels, a roof deck and a small yard.
