Shadow Hill Way, Beverly Hills, CA.

Shadow Hill Way sits atop Beverly Hills with commanding views of the entire Los Angeles basin. Extending from the Getty Museum to the west, through the South Bay beach communities and the Palos Verdes Peninsula across the basin to downtown Los Angeles, this site has the views that are the focus of the most highly pursued residential properties in the region.  The site is relatively small, and surrounded on three sides by the street.  It benefits from its sloping elevation which allows it to look over the street and adjacent buildings below with an unobstructed view.  The final design includes a lap pool with an infinity edge along the entire southerly boundary of the site.  The home was designed so that all of the rooms would be able to enjoy some aspect of the view.  The living level is designed to seamlessly integrate the exterior and interior areas.  The upper levels are developed with significant outdoor terraces facing the views.  The basement has parking for 6 cars and a fully developed entertainment area, including theater, bar and billiard areas.
