ROWENA AVE LOFTS, SILVER LAKE, LOS ANGELES, CA.

Rowena Avenue is near the northerly boundary of the Silver Lake community in Los Angeles.  It is a primary commercial artery in the area. The Coffee Table restaurant was a very favored fixture in the area.  Our client had purchased the property that the Coffee Table was part of, along with a number of nearly dilapidated commercial and residential buildings.  Where were asked to design a mid-century flavored mixed use project with ground floor commercial, to include a new Coffee table, and residential lofts, organized around gardens above.
