Vanos Architects has a long successful history of producing highly profitable single family speculative work.  Our early work was focused on extremely difficult hillside development and resulted in a group of highly desired homes.  We work in a variety of markets:  Homes with modest sales prices up to works which have sold at record prices in highly desirable areas, setting, in some cases, records for the highest per square foot sales for homes in these areas.   Our work is tailored to the community it is understood to be marketed for.  In order to serve this community we offer a number of levels of service tiered to the needs of our development clients, whether they are self-performing builders or part of an investment group that will engage a general contractor.  We offer site evaluation services to help clients determine the viability of properties for potential development.
