Vanos Architects was started out of a passion for single family residential work.  After 15 years of producing award winning commercial work in the office of Eric Owen Moss Architects, Jay felt a desire to produce more intimate works influenced by the joy of doing collaborative work with owners.  In that area, Vanos Architects offers highly focused, integrated collaborative design services intent on meeting the needs and desires of our residential clients. We provide fully coordinated design services integrating any and all other design and engineering  trades deemed necessary by the team, including structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering, landscape architecture, interior design and lighting design among others.  The focus is on producing a highly personal  home, tailored to the needs and desires of our clients.
