Poma Residence, San Salvador, El Salvador

We were contacted by a couple from San Salvador, El Salvador, to discuss the idea of designing them a new home.  They had seen one of our homes on a television program which features high end residences throughout the world.  Our team included Tom Fanning of Bowery Design and Development, as he was the developer of the home they admired.  We visited San Salvador and their site, and designed a large modern home which took advantage of the unique qualities of their site, which included as gentle slope and a large quantity of old growth trees.
