MUSKINGUM RESIDENCE, PACIFIC PALISADES, LOS ANGELES, CA.

Many of the older, smaller houses along Muskingum Avenue in the Pacific Palisades are going through significant remodeling.  We completed one in 2014.  This project, located a few doors down, enjoys views to the west.  From the upper level it will enjoy some views of the ocean.  The existing 1950’s mid-century flavored building will be retained and a new second floor will be added, the basement level will be fully built out, extending the exiting 2-bedroom home into a final 4 bedroom home with all new living areas and exterior terraces.
