Multi-Family Residential Work:

We have significant experience in the design and development of multi-family structures from small 6 unit projects up to projects with 60 or more units. For pre-purchase evaluation, we provide clients with project and site assessment services, consisting of planning and building code research and evaluation, and pre-purchase  preliminary design studies to help our clients determine project parameters;  unit number, type and size, required and available parking, open space and accessibility.
