MOORPARK AVE LOFTS, STUDIO CITY, CA.

Moorpark Street, runs parallel to Ventura Boulevard, the main artery of the south end of San Fernando Valley.  It is developed in nearly its entire length in multifamily residences of 3 and 4 stories height.  Stylistically this is a mélange of quasi traditional, quasi French provincial, quasi quasi… Into this we’ve inserted a 3- level, modern, multifamily block, articulated with plaster, colored sheet metal and cement board panels.  The individual units, designed with open planning, have tall ceilings, and prodigious amounts of light.  The project is expected to be completed in Fall of 2016.
