MOORPARK AVE. LOFTS, STUDIO CITY, CA.

Small single multifamily residential lots in Los Angles pose a difficult design problem.  The zoning often times allows for a number of units which cannot be supported by the parking we can develop on the site.  We’ve worked on a number of schemes for these single lots exploring ways in which we can increase the density and still meet the parking demand. The Moorpark project was one of these.  Done in 2007 it was a victim of the financial collapse the next year.
