The Mansfield project is being developed by a young French developer.  4 units arranged in a 2-front, 2-back scheme. The developer had a particular aesthetic in mind, which combined brick, black metal and large amounts of glass in an urban-loft style.   Construction is scheduled to begin fall 2016.
