The Colony small lot project, situated at the corner of Lexington and Las Palmas in Hollywood, was completed in 2015 and was the first completed small lot project in the area.  24 units are distributed over 7 lots.  The project was developed in 2 phases: the first phase with 14 units, the second phase with 10.  The first phase consisted of 6 distinct unit types, each consisting of 3 developed stories and a roof deck.  The project was designed with an open plan and substantial amounts of glass to produce very light and airy units.  The second phase is developed with a central common driveway and 5 units on each side facing the side yards.  The 2 phases do not share any common amenities, and other than sharing a common architectural style, they could have been 2 independent projects.
