LEXINGTON- LODI SMALL LOT, HOLLYWOOD, CA.

The Lexington-Lodi Small lot is located in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles on a parcel previously occupied by a church. It is a double lot and has 8 units. We used a modified up the middle site plan with 4 pairs of buildings spaced apart in the mid point.  This provided all units with light and air on 3 sides, and produced a mid point access area for guest parking and pedestrian access.  Construction is scheduled for early 2017.
