Hi Point

Most small lot projects are designed with a very small gap between residential units.  This gap can be as small as 6-8 inches.  The developer of the Hi Point project wanted the residents to feel more independent of each other and asked that they be separated by a minimum of 3 feet.  The result is a project consisting of 5 free-standing buildings with the ability to have access to light and air on 3 of 4 sides, rather than just 2, which is more common in small lots.   Project was completed in spring of 2016.
