CROFT AVE LOFTS, WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA.

The Croft Avenue Lofts are a new project which utilizes the State of California incentives for affordable housing.  Our strategy for this project, following the developers determination, located just north of Melrose Ave, a major commercial and entertainment artery in the city, was to distribute the units according to their final value. The developers determination and our feeling was that the most value in the project would occur if the upper most floor was dedicated to one unit only.  Our expectation is that this one upper unit’s value will be quite high, given its unobstructed views of the city and the Hollywood Hills, and thus warrant its singular occupation of the top level.
