Commercial Work:

Prior to establishing Jay Vanos Architect, Inc., Jay Vanos, working in the offices of Eric Owen Moss,  led development teams transforming the Hayden Tract in Culver City. During a 10 year period he was responsible for the successful development of over 300,000 sf of high profile commercial space.  Since opening Vanos Architects, Inc. we have produced designs for commercial buildings for office and warehouse use, health care, and multi-purpose buildings for schools.
