CATTARAUGUS AVE. SMALL LOTS, CULVER CITY, CA.

Irregular lot shapes result in a large number of differing unit types, where as a regular lot shape usually results in a small number of differing unit types; front, mid and rear types for example.  The Cattaraugus Small Lot project is situated on a highly irregular shaped lot.  This resulted in 7 different unit types out of a project with 9 units.  Construction began in May 2016 and is scheduled to be completed by early 2017.
