CATTARAUGUS SMALL LOTS, CULVER CITY, CA.

The Cattaraugus Small Lot project was designed twice, first as a 3 unit, subsequently as a 9 unit.  The original 3-unit project was conceived as a 3 little pigs scheme.  Because of the highly irregular lot shape, all 3 units were different.  We celebrated this in the final color and material development.  During the final design, the developer was successful in purchasing the adjacent property.  This acquisition made possible a 9 unit project instead of a 3 unit.
