Castle Place, Beverly Hills, CA.

Trousdale Estates was created in the 1950’s as a new residential development on property previously owned by the Doheny Family.  Most of the homes developed in Trousdale were done for families with entertainment ties.  Actors and directors built new modern homes in these hills, with astounding views over the city.  Fast forward to now and these original homes are being redeveloped as larger modern homes enjoying the same astounding views.  The project on Castle is one of these.  The new design re-organized the original building, opening it up to the exterior with sliding walls of glass.  The current owner, an avid swimmer, has requested a 75 foot lap pool.  Construction is scheduled to be completed by January of 2017.
