CAHUENGA BLVD SMALL LOT, STUDIO CITY, CA.

The Cahuenga Small Lot project consists of 3 units.  One unit faces the street, while two units are access via an alley in the rear.   This project does not have a common driveway as all units’ garages are accessed directly off of either a street or the alley. This strategy provided for the largest unit sizes and a common garden between the units.  Construction started spring 2016, completion expected fall 2016.
