Ben Avenue is a 16-unit small lot project.  It is situated on 4 contiguous lots.  It was determined that the best strategy was to design it as 2 independent 2 lot projects, each with its own driveway.  The space between the two projects creates a large landscaped open space.  Project completed in January of 2016.
