Additional Built works:

Skyline:  Designed and developed with Quadrant, inc. on a steeply sloping site in the Hollywood Hills features a top down organization with the garage and office at the street entry level, with double height living room directly below the entry with the master suite located in the lowest level.

Mulholland Dr:  Recently finished hillside speculative home developed with Frank Friedman. Developed with an elevated pool, sweeping views and an open multi-level plan using large quantities of sliding glass walls for indoor outdoor living.

Garden Studio:  A modern anthropomorphic guardian of a large property in the Santa Monica Mountains.  Located at the top of the property it constituted a small and intense design and created an art studio, storage and a small green house.
