37th Place is a 7 unit small lot.

This design utilizes the central common access driveway with units on opposite sides, in this case 3 on one side 4 on the other.  This allowed for 2 very different unit types, each with four developed floors, including garage and entry, living level, bedrooms and roof deck with recreation/ den room on top.
