This small lot project features two very large small lot residences, each over 2700 sf.  The project is located near USC, and it is likely that the project initially will be used for student housing.  However, given the changing nature of the area, the developer wanted to insure alternative final occupancy, and therefore the project stands as a pair of larger single family homes. Construction is scheduled for late 2016.
